Headache pain affects work performance, mood, energy levels, memory, ability to concentrate, and quality of life.  This presentation/workshop focuses on tension headaches, the most common type of headache, but covers management of all headache types.  This presentation will give participants several ways to help prevent various types of headaches, as well as give them tools to reduce their symptoms.
