Neck pain affects work performance, quality of life, and increases the risk of developing upper extremity problems such as carpal tunnel.  Acute or chronic pain in this area of the body affects one’s mood, concentration and energy levels.  It can also lead to increased absenteeism and increased worker’s compensation costs.  This presentation/workshop will give participants several ways to help prevent pain in this area of the body, as well as give them tools to reduce their symptoms.
