1 1/2 – Hour Workshop

Flexibility is an important component of overall health.  This workshop will teach participants how to safely stretch all muscle groups of their body.  This workshop is a good mind and body break from sitting at meetings.  Consider interjecting this workshop into your conference to get the blood flowing and break up a long day of meetings.
(Loose fitting clothing required i.e. track pants or workout gear)

  • The basics of stretching- concepts and theories
  • Stretching dos and don’ts
  • Step by step coverage of all muscle groups using hands-on demonstrations
  • Stretching of all muscle groups of the body
  • Handouts on stretching specific muscle groups
